This is a hair ornament for Shichi-Go-San (the traditional coming-of-age celebration for children) from Kyoto. It's a set of two snap-clip style ornaments. One has a bell attached, which makes a cute sound when it moves. I used a different one, so I only tried these on. They are in very good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details, as they have been handled by someone else.
