This is a maternity record book/multi-case from Agnès b. I bought it when I became pregnant, but I ended up using a smaller case, so I only used this one a couple of times. It's in good condition, but it has been used, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Please check the images for the size, as I have included a screenshot from the official website.
