This is a transparent plastic Elizabethan collar for dogs. It fits neck sizes of 21-29cm and has four adjustable size settings using snaps. I purchased this at the vet's office when my dog injured his eye and used it to bring him home. It was a bit tight, so I switched to a different collar. This collar was only used once for a short time and has been stored since. I have cleaned it with disinfectant wipes, but if you are concerned, please wash it before use. It will be shipped folded up to save space.
