Purchased 4 years ago. It's a height-adjustable pillow from the brand Maywind. It has 4 sections to insert beads, allowing for fine height adjustments. I bought it when I was pillow-shopping and only used it a few times, then stored it in the closet. It doesn't show much wear, but there are some stains (see photo 5). It can be washed completely.
