Purchased on Amazon approximately 3 years ago. No box or manual included, but it works when plugged in. It has 5 USB ports and 1 TYPE-C port. The main body is in good condition. It wasn't used very often, but it was stored at home for 2-3 years. It seems the same product is still being sold on Amazon, so please check there for details.
