Purchased in January 2025. The Blu-ray Mate had an initial defect, and everything was replaced with new ones in February. After that, I switched to a tablet, so I haven't used this DVD player, only opened the box. The child remote is unopened. The main unit adapter and microphone holder are also unopened. All accessories except the box are included. When shipping, I will wrap it in cushioning material and put it in a box of appropriate size.
