Made in 2004. The set includes 24 colored pencils, each 17.5cm long, in a 18.4 x 20 x 1.1cm steel case. They were originally in a bag, but it was tattered, so I discarded it. The can case has rust and dents (images 7-11), possibly due to the torn bag. The bag was opened for the photos. Since the bag tore at that time, I will put them in another bag for shipping. The colored pencils themselves don't seem to have any significant damage, but being old, there may be unseen damage (the bag had dirt, wrinkles, and other damage). To avoid any issues, I recommend that those who are concerned about the condition refrain from purchasing. The color of the item in the images may differ from the actual item due to lighting conditions. Please be aware of this beforehand.
