The photo looks like black and white stripes, but it's actually navy and white stripes. There is some wear and tear, but there are no noticeable stains, and I think it can still be worn! This is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights... Please refrain from purchasing if you are at all concerned. The tag has the child's name on it, so I will either cut it off or cover it before shipping.
