This is a very cute baby hat. The size can be adjusted somewhat with the ribbon. I used it when my child was about 7 to 9 months old (around 42 cm). It's perfect for the coming season. Since it's been worn by a child, I've checked it carefully, but there may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or are overly concerned about details, as this is a used item that has been handled by another person.
