The base is not off-white or cream, but a near-white. It's short in length, so I think it's for Japanese attire, but it would also be perfect with RALPH LAUREN clothing. Because it's short, pinning it like in the photo is the easiest way to wear it. Condition: Very good condition. No noticeable flaws. Material: Unknown as there is no tag, but I don't think it's 99% acrylic. This is just my opinion, so please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about the material.
