I think it's a fabric that's not likely to get much pilling. As shown in the photos, there are small stains on the sleeves (photos 15 and 16). There is some dirt on the skirt part (photos 10 and 11). Loose threads on the sleeves (photo 17), but they didn't unravel when washed. There is one snag (last photo). Most of these are not noticeable unless you look closely, so I don't think they're very noticeable. Please understand that this is a used children's garment, inspected by an amateur and stored at home. In addition, please understand and purchase, including any oversights.
