Pilot Hi-Tecpoint LH-EF pens. These have extra-fine tips, and I've confirmed that ink flows from all of them. There are 15 each of red, blue, and black pens. The body is printed with "[Higashi Nihon Kumiai Shiryo Co., Ltd.]" (East Japan Cooperative Feed Co., Ltd.). They were likely released in the 1980s, but the details are unknown. They have been stored at home, so some of the aluminum parts of the caps have some stains.
