This is a floral camisole dress made of velour fabric. I bought it, but I have kept it without wearing it. The floral velour fabric part and the black flared part are not detachable. The shoulder straps are removable, and elastic is sewn into the upper part. The flared part is only the bottom three tiers, creating a soft and feminine dress. It will be shipped compressed.
