This is a Ballsey pleated skirt from Tomorrowland, suitable for year-round wear. I purchased it several years ago. The skirt features random pleats, and because it's made of polyester, it's easy to care for – just wash and hang it to dry, no ironing needed. The color is pink beige, with the first photo showing the closest representation of the actual color. It has an elegant sheen and is lovely.
