Used from 1 to 3 months after birth. I washed everything and also used an oxygen cleaner, but the stains from spilled milk on the cushion itself could not be removed. *See photos 3 and 4.* The two contact-cooling covers appear to be relatively clean with no noticeable stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about cleanliness.
