Please purchase batteries separately. Only the measuring device in the image is included. There are scratches, marks, and dirt. I confirmed that the LCD display turns on when batteries are inserted and that each button responds (only confirmed by the beeping sound when pressed and the change in the LCD display). However, I don't know how to use it, so I haven't checked any of the measurement functions. Also, when I shook the device, I heard a rattling sound inside, so some part may have come loose. As stated above, please consider this as junk.
