This is a brand new, unworn top from Snidel. It has the tags and is authentic. There are no tears, stains, or frays. The second picture shows how you can wear it off-the-shoulder by unbuttoning the sleeves. I'm selling it because I haven't had a chance to wear it after purchasing it.
