This is a flamenco skirt by Rayreina. Size: Waist (flat): 32cm, Length: 96cm It's a one-size-fits-all, but the waist is fully elastic, so it stretches quite a bit. Someone with a W75 waist wears the same type of skirt. There are no ruffles, but the skirt has a unique cut, giving it a full hem. There are three skirts with the same pattern.
