I don't think there was a particular manufacturer. I've been keeping it since I bought it over 20 years ago. It's a stamp-like sticker, and the edges of the sticker itself are jagged? Wavy. It's new and unused, and there's no peeling on the backing paper, etc., and no noticeable scratches. However, since it's old, and it's been stored and inspected by an amateur, there may be fine scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
