Royal Doulton 1988 MADE IN ENGLAND SALISBURY There is a gold marking on the bottom of the cup, but it is not a stain or blemish. It was there from the beginning, like a brushstroke. This is from when I used to collect cups. I had it displayed in a china cabinet. I believe it was hardly used. I will sell it to someone who understands and accepts this.
