This is the Last One prize from an Ichiban Kuji lottery a few years ago. At the time, there were no lotteries being held nearby, so I purchased this from Surugaya, which was labeled as new. I have kept it unopened since then. I believe the battery is dead, but it can be replaced like a regular watch. The box has a slight dent.
