Unfortunately, there is no tag, so I don't know what kind of fur it is... whether it's fox fur, mink, or perhaps faux fur. I'm selling it at a low price because I'm not sure (although the possibility of it being faux is low). However, I purchased it from a reputable kimono shop, so it has a luster and firmness, doesn't shed, and the fur is smooth, and the condition is good for an older item.
