This is a Miki House multi-pocket hanger. It's very convenient for hanging on the back seat of a car, a baby bed, or a stroller to store various items. The pouch is also removable, and there's a rubber band where you can attach a tissue box, etc. I used it a few times to store things like plastic bottles, diapers, wet wipes, gauze, toys, and small care items. I stored it at home after using it a few years ago. The pink edges of the pockets show some wear, but overall, I think it's still usable.
