This is a coil leash cord from CREATURES OF LEISURE. The cord's durability and the Velcro's holding power provide excellent usability. For adults, it's best to wear it on the wrist, and for children, on the upper arm. I bought several of these as spares the year before last. Brand new, unused. Stored indoors.
