Thank you for your interest in this item. This item was purchased by my grandfather in Côte d'Ivoire, Africa, about 40 years ago. I was told it was made by the Dan people, who are famous for their mask carvings. However, there is a hook on the top of the mask and three pieces of leather on the back, so it may have originally been made to be hung on a wall. With dimensions of 34cm (height) and 20cm (width) (approx.), it's quite large, so why not use it as an accent piece on your wall? It weighs approximately 430g. Please check the condition in the photos. As it is an old item, there may be minor scratches and stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these details.
