This is a CRYE JPC Long Side Armor Pouch Set. It includes two real Militech 10x6 soft armor (IIIA) inserts. Although designed for the JPC, it has MOLLE and Velcro inside, so it should be compatible with AVS, SPC, and other carriers. The included Velcro seals allow for the use of 6x6 and 6x9 soft armor. When I initially received it, I couldn't find these Velcro seals, so I opened it to check for any missing parts. The Velcro seals were actually inside the pouches. Therefore, it is unused but has been opened. Used by the Secret Service and similar organizations. I will not hold items.
