This is a 2022 Martin D-18 Modern Deluxe. I've had it for two years, but I've only played it five or six times and it's been stored in its case. I'm reluctantly selling it to clear out some gear. The neck is straight, and the string height is approximately 2.5mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string and 1.8mm on the 1st string, which I believe is a standard height. You can enjoy a sound that's a step above the traditional D-18. Comes with a dedicated hard case.
