This item is a thread stand, featuring a pincushion mounted on a deformed round rod that is screwed into the center of the base. Thread spools are then placed on the round rods inserted into the six holes. Base: 3.1cm thick, 11cm in diameter Round Rod: 2-2.2cm in diameter, 8cm long Pincushion: A pincushion made by covering cotton on a wooden bowl, 5cm in diameter and 3cm high. Thread Stand Rod: 6mm in diameter, 4cm long, 3cm above the base. Overall height: 17cm, Weight: 246g The base and pincushion are secured with screws attached to both ends of the round rod. Both round rods were purchased from a home center or craft store, and the material is unknown, but I believe it is oak, white oak, or a similar type of beech. The base material is spruce. The entire piece is finished with a wood preservative containing anti-corrosion, insect repellent, and anti-mold agents, and linseed oil, followed by an acrylic silicone spray for waterproofing and surface protection. Each piece is made individually using household power tools and handwork, so there may be some burrs and scorch marks on the base cross-section, slight misalignments in the hole positions, and a handmade feel throughout. I don't have any special machines or tools, so it's difficult to cut perfect circles or drill vertical holes in the center of the round rods, and this is the best I can do with my skills.
