Purchased new in 2022 and used about twice a month. The main unit functions without issue, but the coating on the inner pot is partially peeled, so I haven't used it recently. Please also be aware that some food odor remains. I have never replaced any maintenance parts. Since I don't have the original box, I will wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it in a cardboard box.
