It is possible to use a 50mm or 2-inch hitch carrier or cycle carrier even with a Solex 40mm square hitch member. The insertion opening of the hitch carrier is angled at approximately 3 degrees. The nut near the insertion opening of the hitch carrier is a nut to prevent play. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about uneven paint or slight scratches.
