Felissimo, Live in Comfort, cut-and-sew top (blue) size LL with a lace peplum on the front. The lace part of the front is double-layered and not see-through. The peplum is on both the front and back, giving it a glamorous feel on its own. It goes well with both skirts and pants. Made of a cotton blend, it feels good against the skin, is wrinkle-resistant, and dries quickly. This item is from Felissimo, Live in Comfort, and was purchased several years ago, but I haven't worn it much. I wore it under a suit, and it was easy to move in and provided warmth.
