They are from the 90s, and I purchased them a few years ago from a vintage clothing store specializing in American casual wear near Yokota Air Base. I bought them as cold-weather pants for riding a motorcycle, but I sold the motorcycle before wearing them. I have only tried them on since purchasing them. However, as they are vintage clothing, there are some minor scuffs and stains from the time of purchase (Photos 10, 11). They are not very noticeable and are only visible upon close inspection, but please understand that they are vintage and refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details.
