By using nylon material for the gusset, it has a stylish appearance that can be carried without feeling overly formal, even though it is a leather bag, and it takes advantage of the strengths of both leather and nylon. The outer leather is North American cowhide steer, tanned in Himeji using a combination of tannin and chrome, and finished with semi-aniline. The nylon twill used for the gusset uses Toray's Miracosmo yarn, which has vivid color and excellent transparency, while also possessing a supple feel and strength. The interior uses rayon cotton twill fabric with rayon for the warp and cotton for the weft, giving it an elegant sheen.
