This is a life counter released in 1998 by Ultra Pro. It has been stored in a sleeve and kept in a file. I think there are few scratches or stains. There is some rust on the metal part of the back, but it moves smoothly. Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home. No claims or returns to prevent trouble and swapping.
