The case back is engraved with "1977," making it a rare model from approximately 50 years ago. Of course, it is a manual winding watch. This is the W10, a manual winding model by CWC, which is considered to be very popular among military watches. CWC started supplying watches to the British military in 1972, but switched to quartz movements after the 1980s, so the manual winding models are considered very rare collector's items. The matte black dial, typical of military watches, features the CWC logo, a T mark indicating the use of Tritium for the luminous paint, and the broad arrow indicating that it is an official British military issue. While there are some fine scratches typical of vintage items, there are no cracks or stains on the dial, and the condition is considered to be quite clean.
