Although the manufacturing year isn't specified, I believe it's from 1994.

No. 46 Kaede Rukawa
This is a sticker-type Kira card.
The light blue Kira, which seems to match Rukawa's image, is beautiful. It's a card with a great design.
I think this is a rare series, so you don't see this card very often. (^-^)
Regarding the condition, it looks quite clean.
There are no noticeable stains, marks, or folds.
The scratches specific to cards are only barely visible when held up to the light, and they are not noticeable under normal viewing. It's rare to find one in this condition.
