There are no noticeable stains or spots, but there is a feeling of wear and some fold wrinkles. Also, the thread on the lining of the left chest is a little loose, but I think it can be worn as is. If it gets worse, you can sew it together. It's on the inside, so it's easy to sew. The lining is also a beautiful fabric, but it does show some signs of age.
