Size 42. I usually wear 27.5cm sneakers, and this size felt just right. The heel height is 6cm. This is a used item, so there are some wrinkles from wear. The soles have been re-soled, but the heels are slightly worn. I have regularly maintained them, but there are some scratches on the soles and elsewhere due to wear and tear. Please be aware of this beforehand.
