I'm not entirely sure, but I believe I purchased this about 17 years ago. I used it a few times the year I bought it, had it cleaned, and then stored it away. I'm selling it now to clear out some belongings. I remember I liked the navy color when I bought it. Regarding the size, the circumference of the head is about 58 cm, and the brim is about 9 cm, measured by a layman. Please understand that this is a used item.
