This item was used by a single person. It was used with the power on for the first 1-2 years, then for several years it was used as a dish drainer without being turned on. After that, it was used as a storage cabinet for dry dishes for over 10 years. In recent years, it hasn't been used and has just been sitting in the room. There are noticeable scratches around the handle. The limescale stains on the stainless steel bottom plate didn't come off very well even when I polished it with cream cleanser when I was using it. I tested it for 10 minutes before listing it for sale.
