This is a BOTTEGA VENETA business bag (briefcase). It was purchased in June 2019 for approximately 400,000 yen (at the time's exchange rate) at the official shop in the Marina Bay Sands mall in Singapore, but it has only been used 2-3 times and has been stored in its dedicated dust bag.
