These bottoms are made of a slinky material and are perfect for one-mile wear. The waist is elastic and can be adjusted with a drawstring. The navy fabric has a stylish yellow-beige paisley pattern. I think they would look great paired with a long shirt in the spring and summer for a relaxed look. They look like lounge pants in the photos, but I think they can be worn as both loungewear and outerwear. They're loose-fitting, so they seem versatile for either. I threw away the tag.
