At first glance, it looks like the top and skirt are separate, but it's a one-piece dress that's connected at the top and bottom. A ribbon is sewn onto the waist. You can wear it as is, or enjoy coordinating it with a cardigan. The fluttering part of the waist is left raw and treated with fray check. It has a Velcro closure on the back. ● During sewing, there may be some distortion in the seams.
