This is a hair clip that lets you become Pompompurin, purchased around 2014 at the Pompompurin Cafe! I wore it a few times back then and then displayed it. It's been about 10 years since I bought it, but it looks pretty clean. The clip part looks a little dull, but it seems like it would clean up nicely if you polished it with a cloth. The Pompompurin Cafe tag is also attached to the back, and I don't think you see these very often, so I'd be happy to pass it on to someone who likes it.
