The color of the matcha will look great in it. The front has a spring stream design, and the back has a gray pattern. There is a warning not to use it for highly acidic foods (pickled plums, vinegared dishes, salt, etc.). There is a stain on the lid of the box. The paper peeled off when I wiped it with a wet wipe.
