The previous seller said they purchased them separately. The jacket is ivory-based with navy and glitter, and has a textured fabric. I think it can be used for both formal and casual occasions! The skirt is navy. The waist has elastic in the back and a drawstring inside for adjustment. It is lined. The jacket is in beautiful condition.
