The groove width is 3mm because it is too wide for the key on Snap-on. Groove length is approximately 13.6mm, groove depth is 15mm. The groove position is offset by a fraction of a millimeter so that the key is centered. Since it is not done by hand using a router, the perpendicularity is reasonably good. The cutting tool used is a two-flute end mill. Resin cutting tends to melt and tear, but the finish is clean and does not look like it has been modified.
