Thank you for viewing! This is an enamel pickling tank that I've used for many years. You can barely make out the manufacturer's name... There are two sizes: 27cm and 29cm, as indicated. They nest for storage, and will be shipped nested as well. There is some rust on the edges and handles due to age, but it's still usable. Several inner lids are included, and the outside has peeled in some places, revealing the stones inside, but I'm also including a 5kg weight. (Please let me know if you don't need it) Please use it to make delicious pickles! Nishin-zuke (herring pickles) made with a large cabbage like this is delicious! *The cabbage is not included.
