Considering the design and careful tailoring, it is probably a European piece from the 90s. It is very soft and has a moist feel. The lining is a removable acrylic boa. Because it is a high-quality material with a glossy feel, it goes well with a low-gauge knit sweater and gray wide slacks, or thick white denim. I have worn it with great care since I purchased it from a vintage shop, so I think the condition is good. From the collar zipper and snap buttons, it seems that it originally had a hood. It has not been attached since I purchased it, but it can be worn neatly. There is a small dot-like scratch on the left sleeve when worn, but otherwise, I don't see any other noticeable scratches or stains.
