Purchased new from the official store in March 2025. I am selling this item because I haven't used it much. I estimate the total usage time to be only a few hours. I have confirmed that it is working, and all accessories are included. I applied protective film to the lens and display immediately after purchase, so there are no scratches. There are some scuffs on the sides where the case touches. Please check the photos for the other conditions. DJI Care Refresh is valid until March 2027. It seems to be linked to the serial number, but I'm not sure if the service can be used even if the owner changes. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
